Bobby Kelly reporting from Victoria, British Columbia. Earlier this evening, several black-like pieces from the fortress known as Starhaven has proceeded to come down to Earth specifically heading for this fine city.

Several Repliforce and United Nations members along with a lone member of Wily's Robot Masters has proceeded to assist the citizens out of the area and deal with the Starhaven shards.

(Pictures -- Bruce Fury and Burn Dinorex directing the citizens out of the area, Tengu Man pushing a Shard out into the oceans, Starburst Dragon capturing 4 shards with his forcefields, and finally Starburst Dragon and Tengu Man guiding a large shard down to earth with Burn Dinorex helping.)

With the repair work with Starhaven going on, this should be the last falling shard. However, the people are being cautious tonight after what has occurred. Save for the fantics...

(A guys (sans pants!) has a placeboard which reads: "The second coming of Duo is here! Repent! Repent!" while running around screaming his head off about the second coming.)
