A large blast door is present at the far end of the room, big enough for medium sized vehicles to enter and exit easily. Another smaller door is nearby, allowing individual Striders to enter and exit without having to open the larger airlock door. Both lead, via an intricant tunnel system, to the Cairo harbour. At the far end of the area is another door that leads to the corridor. It is monitored by a small video camera in the corner of the room. Be it Yakuza, UN, Blue Dragon, Red Dragon, Bonnes, Bounty Hunters and Regular Civilians... and you too, DeVry.) (Text Only -- You either get it in your email mailbox (the factions) or as a sign on the Tartarus board, Reploid Room board, The Catacombs board, etc. Essientally it's where it can be seen and read.) We seen the newscasts of the Stardroids... and we have either felt or witness the power they've possessed. Something is heading our way... whether it is the Stardroids themselves ready to redeliver the judgement made on us two years ago... or something else... remains to be seen. This is big. Too big to simply ignore. Like our "bigger" brothers, I propose we cease our acting out our anger and frustrations on each other until this mess has passed. If you're going to join in on this alliance of sorts, the channel to join the alliance is 7486. Thank you for reading and good luck on however you choose... We'll all need it. -- K, of the Blue Dragons (Blip or your factional spinny (or personal spinny) your choice) $$$$$$$$$ [Radio: (D) None] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Respond." [Radio: (D) None] Kain transmits, "You're on, dear doctor." [Radio: (D) None] Bastion transmits, "I've got an explosive with your name on it, and an arm that belongs to you that I've made into a weapon to beat you with." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Is that what this alliance is? Pah, perhaps I'm better on my own" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "Well, that's one way to make sure you have the radio on." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Bastion transmits, "Sorry, I'm in an odd mood right now. I wasn't aware your homicidal self was told about this though, Doctor." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain sighs. "Mr. Bastion. Please. Focus on... this situation. You can... deal with Dr. DeVry after this is all over. [Radio: (D) Alliance] Bastion transmits, "Oh, I'm focused. Doesn't discount my morbid humour however." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I am willing to contribute to the mutual survival of this planet, but I require assurances." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Job transmits, "You want to talk trash? Take it to broadband." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "Reassurances are things you just can't get right now, but if you can behave, so can the rest of us." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain audibly nods. [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "If we are to destroy the Stardroids, I request for the time being free reign. I wish to appear in the open without your merry squad of fools trying to end my life, Mega Man." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "-Or- Capture me." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I am not going to offer you my resources and my temporary alliegance if you intend to stab me in the back while I aid you." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "You have my word that while this ceasefire is on, you won't be molested - UNLESS you decide to revert back to your usual tricks. And I suggest that if you expect any form of assistance from anyone, you put your holier-than-thou attitude away." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "We're all in this together, or have you forgotten that simple enough idea?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "If Cossack, or his brat, attack me, this deal has ended, Mega Man. And please, I was around during the first of these crises." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Job transmits, "If we don't work with eachother we are going to end up in a worse sitation than when Punk mailed me to Iris..." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock notes grimly, "So was -I-." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I need assurances that you can keep that Russian mutt of yours on a leash, Mega Man." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock's voice is even, fast, and unforgiving. "And frankly, if you so much as go within one hundred metres of any of the Cossacks, I will personally see to it that you are removed from the vicinity. Do I make myself clear?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Clear as Crystal, Mega Man. Irregardless, you keep Cossack and his whore of a daughter -away- from me and my affairs." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Bastion transmits, "Okay, screw that Devry." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "And I suggest that you not refer to Kalinka in such a manner. You've made enough enemies already." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Bastion transmits, "I see you out, and I'm going to crucify you." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain transmits, "I'm certain X would...make sure Cossack knows, DeVry. Now stop hissing like a snake. PLEASE." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Seeing as my body lacks the needed articulation for such a punishment I fail to see how, you factory reject! *clears his 'throat'* Yes, I will calm, let no one say that Dr. Landon DeVry is not a reasonable man." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Job transmits, "The Star Seeker's sensor array has been upgraded and when we go to tray to get a scan of the thing. Hopefully we can get you something to work with." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "You are completely unreasonable, DeVry, but desperate times call for desperate measures." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I have numerous meteorlogically equipped mets presently in orbit, they have been programmed to reposition themselves and begin relaying data of this...'Starhaven'" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "Damn, you're stupid, DeVry." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Job transmits, "Landon think you could get ... hey think we could talk the people on Eurasia into letting us use their sensor array?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I work with what I have available. And from the data I've seen a few well placed weapons of mass destruction could easilly defeat these 'Stardroids'" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I advise we attack Starhaven, strip it of all technology, and then destroy it" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "No, no, I mean you called Kalinka bad names." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Job transmits, "I'm all for savlaging the craft my self." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "You realize that you just signed your own death warrant?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I have no love of girl, her father's numerous attempts to -kill- me have cemented that opinion." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Job transmits, "Yet you go after her again and again." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "And your numerous torments inflicted upon the Cossacks are justified how?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "He defied and attacked me." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "Listen for the whistle. Because if Protoman heard you - you're dead." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "And don't kid yourself. You can *not* stop an angry Protoman." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Break Man has had his attempts at me, Anthem. I need not stop him, I only need to impede him long enough to make my escape." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "Perhaps, DeVry, you'll learn one day that when you have as many people disliking you as you do, you'd realize that maybe there's a flaw in your thinking." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "..Escape from a guy who can instantly teleport to any location on the planet with no effort?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain transmits, "I can't stop an _angry_ Protoman." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "Damn, you're stupid." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Sword Man transmits, "Hrmph....as much as I despise DeVry, perhaps this conversation could be moved elsewhere, leaving THIS channel to be used for something useful?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "Anyhow. Evil aliens. Can we blow them up *before* they nearly annihilate the planet, please? I just found a nice new donut shop, and I like it not reduced to component atoms." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Regardless, I doubt Break Man would interfere in Cossack's private battle. Our conflict is between us. It need not concern anyone else. But let us put this aside, we can return to bickering once we have sent the interlopers into the mystery." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Bastion transmits, "Where at Anthem?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "Moscow, of all places. I couldn't translate the name, but I *think* it was the first Russian Tim Hortons." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "OOC: ..............." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I advise a salvage of Starhaven by educated personel, with attack teams kept to a minimum. I suggest, Wily, myself, Light, Cain and perhaps Doppler." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "They had good borcht, too." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Bastion transmits, "Oh yeah... I've been there actually." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Wildrider transmits, "Hm. I don't agree with that at all, Brain in a box." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "The last thing we need is gun-toting idiots wandering around. If Atlantis is any indication, the Stardroids frown on hostile action" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Wildrider transmits, "Nor do I think that's balanced, with minimal potential of betrayl." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Sending in an educated squad is infinitely preferable." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Abernathy transmits, "And then they blow you up." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Abernathy transmits, "Whee!" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Wildrider transmits, "Well gee. I don't hold a Doctorate for no reason." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I doubt you have the experience to deal with this level of madness." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "Gotcha. So don't involve you, the idiot who nearly got everybody *killed* in Atlantis by stupidly trying to blow stuff up? Best idea you've had in years. Now go play with your legos." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Wildrider transmits, "And I doubt you have the capacity to do much more than harass women and children." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I was not -in- Atlantis at the time, it seemed the safest course of action for the betterment of society as a whole." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Sword Man transmits, "My sentiments exactly, SIr Abernathy. As much as educated persons SHALL be necessary, there shall need to be guards in case the craft considers us hostile even without previous action justifying the reaction." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Wildrider transmits, "Better for you, you mean, oh metallic opportunist." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I advise minimal guards, I fail to understand why every delicate operation that occurs in this day and age requires twenty odd individuals" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I advise minimal guards, I fail to understand why every delicate operation that occurs in this day and age requires twenty odd individual" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Abernathy transmits, "Why, thank you, Swordie." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "A small team can move faster and more effectively." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain transmits, "Pity, that. The crab could use you as a snack, DeVry. If you don't make it sick first." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Sword Man transmits, "Because no such operation is truely as simple as you make it out to be." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Abernathy transmits, "OOC: Someone clean Landon, he's skipping." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Metal Man transmits, "I thought we were to be working as allies to surive this. But all you can do is squabble like spoiled children!" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Bastion rummages around in his explosives, "Ahha, I found a smiley grenade I'm going to redesign just for you DeVry. *click* [Radio: (D) Alliance] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "If you insist on insulting me, I can simply approach this an individual." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain transmits, "THANK YOU." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Sword Man transmits, "The guards SHALL be necessary, whether you believe so or not, DeVry. Educated personnel, more likely than not, will lack the defensive capabilities should there be an incident. 'Tis better to be safe than sorry, I believe the proverb states." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Job snorts, "Hunters, your acting as bad as the Terrorists the Africa claims you to be. [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain just mutters. [Radio: (D) Alliance] Wildrider transmits, "Y'know...Metal man actually had a half decent point. And that disturbs me enough to just hold my tongue, instead of unleashing a verbal tirade on people who make presumptions without looking over past historys of betrayl from folks like the 'Steel Butcher'. But maybe i'm just pissed, because good men in the annals of my family tree died during that mess. So piss off. Thank you, have a nice day. I've armor to test." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain transmits, "..." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Metal Man transmits, "Mega Man, you getting this still?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "I'm listening." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Metal Man transmits, "Well, then we need to get this hogpog alliance organized so we can actually get things done rather than yelling at eachother while Starhaven does whatever it came here to do..." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain transmits, "Indeed." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Sword Man transmits, "What actions have been taken at the moment?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Metal Man transmits, "I know a few are getting ready to make a few long ranged scans of the craft." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Anthem transmits, "We gotta figure a way in there without being crunched, before anything else." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Rock transmits, "I have the Hunter scientists working on satellites now designed for long-range scanning, that won't be a huge loss if they get caught in the field surrounding Starhaven." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Metal Man transmits, "Prehaps we should get all the factions scientists working with each other?" [Radio: (D) Alliance] Blue Dragon Director Kain transmits, "The only scientist we got is Miss Storm..." [Radio: (D) Alliance] Metal Man transmits, "Can you get your people in contact with Dr Wily, Doppler and the Maverick Egg heads also getting the tech heads from the RF in on this would help." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "Any further rumblingsss about that ssstupid flying sssausscer?" [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "No, none at all." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "You mean thossse goodie goodiesss didn't get themssselvesss insscinerated when they went to check it out earlier? Pity." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "Meh, those goodie goodies are our new allies until the problem is sorted out." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "That doesssn't mean I have to be nissce to them." [Radio: (C) Global] Rigger transmits, "Ahem. You guys sure have been talking about your private business on broadband lately. Spare us." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "How is it private anyway, it's common knowledge." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "And when thisss isss all over, we'll all be trying to kill each other and vissce versssa again." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "But if you guysss get yourssselvesss killed before that happensss, I won't be disssappointed." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "Oh, just making this claim public. If we somehow manage to get inside Starhaven, and we're not under attack, then I lay claim to all Video Games that the Stardroids might have." [Radio: (C) Global] Rigger transmits, "Okay. But I get the video game systems." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "I think they'd be pretty upssset if anyone pinched their gamesss." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "Well, yeah. But what happens if they ain't there?" [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "Do you want to pisss them off if they are there and we can't tell?" [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "Well, it doesn't look like they're there." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "How can you tell?" [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "From what I've seen and heard, Starhaven is ruined. Anyway, they probably would of done something by now." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "Pardon me if I'm sssussspissciousss. In my previousss essxperiensscesss with them, they didn't come off asss essxactly benevolent." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "And they're sscertainly not harmlesss." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "But they probably would of done something by now, if they were up their." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "I'd imagine they've been around a lot longer than we have. You can be patient when you're immortal." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "Well, I still think they ain't up there." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "Course, if they ain't up there, why not. The possibilities from that scare me more than anything." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "Oh well, I'm going to go powe down for a little bit, catch you later Snake." [Radio: (C) Global] Snake Man transmits, "Later Magsss." [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "See ya."
