A news desk appears with John Q. Public sitting in for the normal anchor. John brushes his hair out of the way and begins to speak, "Uhhh... Oh yeah. We apologize for interupting your local shows, but we have a news announcement to make... Ooops... Let me try that again. We interupt your local news to bring you this late breaking news report. In San-Angeles, two repliods turned the downtown into a demolition derby. (stills of Turbo Turtle and Morph Moth are shown. Morph Moth is in a tuxedo for some reason) Two other repliods managed to stop them before the damage was too extensive. (stills of Signas and Alloy) The moth seen in this picture claims to be working for Sailor Spinoff Scenes on a movie project known as Tuxedo Moth and his trusty Sidekick Rolls Turtle. Sailor Spinoff claims no knowledge of this movie or any relationship with this repliod. We know return you to your local news." John wipes his sweat dripping brow. "How'd I do?" He looks at the camera and sees the red light. John runs towards the camera yelling, "TURN IT OFF!!! TURN IT OFF!!!" The camera clicks off as John begins to fall after tripping over a camera cable. $$$$$$$$$ [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...My my... What a story, indeed." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "*Suddenly a cardboard cutout of Tidal Whale shows up, 'Hi, I'm Duff McWhalen and I'm here to ask for your support of 20-20-110, because without your support our forgotten dead heroes will be forgotten as the losers they truly are! Now dial 20-20-110 while I drink this here cement mixer full of beer and get drunk beyond belief before I attempt to hit on Iris for being a hot cutie pie. Jet Stingray knows what I'm talking about. Eh? Buddy? Yeah that's right.'*" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "..." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten says sweetly, "I'm busy, but could somebody find Guts Man, take his radio, and stomp on it many times?" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "As much as that might be /terribly/ enjoyable, I lack the firepower." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...Why not have your brother, sweet Ten? ...Or is he busy carrying your shoping bags?" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten sniffs, "Hmm! I don't know what he's carrying." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "He's probably carrying mad cow disease." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "That disease hasn't existed for hundreds of years, except perhaps evolving into the Maverick Virus" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Guts Man, quickly, for world science! Devour all the Mavericks you can, and we can see if insanity hits you" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "So he's a Maverick!" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Make certain to use a lot of katsup" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Ahh, spongiform encephalopathies. I miss them." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Did he just say he misses sponge panties?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I have always hated bacteria and viral agents..." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Guts Man, you're nothing but a big jerk, and what you say doesn't bother me." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha sighs. [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Good show, girl. Sticks and stones, and all. /sarcasm" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "If it doesn't bother you why are you pointing it out that it doesn't bother you because if it didn't you wouldn't have mentioned it but since you did it does." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Guts Man is no jerk, Ten." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "He was a friend of Crash Man, he's graduated to much darker profanity" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "...I thought you weren't supposed to be smart?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I am a genius, Repliforce." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Not you, Guts Man." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "Hello sir...Abernathy?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Guts Man is like a dog, Repliforce. One moment he will astound you with his ability, the next he reminds you of his true intellect as he makes a meal of his feces" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Oh so you have figured out my clever ruse, I applaud you woman." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "A genuine idiot savant. --Ah, hello, I'm recognized?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man facepalms over the radio. [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "...I guess so, sir." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Idiot savant... Too bad his one specialty had to be something that everyone in the world can hear." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "I wasn't aware most androids had so complete a GI tract. ...And who would you be, girl?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Some do, some do not." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Me? Sergeant Ten, Special Operations, Repliforce." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Not /you/. The other one." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I find just calling them all Repliforce to be very useful, Mister Abernathy." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Being named after a number is stupid." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Ahh, so they /can/ be as obnoxiously scatalogical as humans. Funny. --It certainly saves time." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Being named after a string of human organs is pretty silly too." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "And it means "heaven" in Japanese." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man again facepalms. "...my god. Do you people have anything better to do than make fun of each other's names?" [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "Alpha, Ally, or Aly, sir, mostly called by the first." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I am simply happy few know about a certain Polytechnical Institute from the late 20th and early 21st century, Tengu Man" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Alpha, then. And who are you that I should know /you/?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man taps his fingers on some hard surface audibly. "Whatcha talkin' about, DeVry?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I am not going to say." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Hey you blame Dr. Light for that name. If anyone is stupid it's that old man. Wily wanted to call me Ass Kicker Man, but the courts would not allow it." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "I never suggested that you should, sir." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "That WOULD've been a cool name." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Sate my curiosity anyway. Who do you work for?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man continues fingertapping. "I don't get it." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Weren't you originally intended to be a new sister for Roll, Guts Man?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "It would explain your propensity for wigs and dresses, as well as your absolutely girlish singing voice." [Radio: (C) Global] Mac transmits, "That might explain the tragic propensity towards singing." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man sounds as if he's trying his hardest not to comment. [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "There's nothing wrong with wearing wigs and dresses, Guts Man likes to feel pretty sometimes..." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I believe that makes my point." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy sighs, in an exaggerated way. "And don't we all." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I do not." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "My only mark of vanity are my masks." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "And I again ask, will you fools stop breaking them...you have no idea how much they cost." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Which... I believe Sword has a few of 'em. Ha." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I am aware. People seem to delight in stealing my masks and my arms." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "I'm sure." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "I work for a restaurant called Keiichi's. I believe it is run by a man named Keiichi. I also work for the Maverick Hunters." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Dr. Devry is like one big Mr. Potato Head!" [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...DeVry..." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "These size 14 petite dresses are just so nice." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "I wouldn't mind doin' it myself." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "What do you want, Defect." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Defect? ...Amusing. I would think you would consider that a name for yourself... but no matter. I must... ...commend you." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I require no commendation from a malfunctory machine, Byte. Save your praise for your defective compatriots." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "The slaughter of 2 Million Native Chinese... ...and in such creative ways. Ahh... ...Pity I had not yet been created. I would have enjoyed witnessing such an act." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Ahhaha. A Hunter. And how young are they taking them now?" [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man scoffs. "So the misguided doctor returns?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "...I have no idea...what you're speaking about." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Yuuup." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Byte here is at least a size 20 petite." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...Your file in the Public UN Criminal Database agrees with that statement, Doctor. I, sadly, do not." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man falls silent, and resumes fingertapping. Oh, that Guts Man! [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Hey Byte remember that time we put on the wigs and sung together? "R-E-S-P-E-C-T find out what it means to me!"" [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...I believe you are thinking of Ballade, Guts Man. He sings. I do not." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "...I did not really think about it, but I was a few months old, but I doubt that is the norm." [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man transmits, "...*cough*." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Interesting." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man tap tap tap. Tap tap tap. [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Oh? And what brings you to questioning the UN, Byte? Do you doubt their wisdom? The United Nations is known for many things, but they also possess an anal attention to detail, of course in this matter they are wrong. I am eternal." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man groans. "Not this /again/." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Doctor. Perhaps you would wish to discuss matters... ...I am terribly interest in the science of your Namesake's exploits." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "The UN is obsessed with its own omniscience. A pity those who disagree are, too." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "The UN are known for being idiots who are against robot kind. Like that Starvin Marvin guy." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten reflects, "Living forever would suck. What do you do after the sun explodes and nothing's left? You just sit around alone forever... I don't think I could take that." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "What do I have to discuss with you, Maverick. Seeing as your precious empire, and your brother are out for my head, so to speak, I have no reason to disclose my location to -you-" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "It is preferable to oblivion, Repliforce." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Landon. Wouldn't it be the same thing, in the end?" [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "...I thought Diplomats for the United Nations were supposed to be obsessed with the UN's own omniscience, Abernathy." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man follows up his comment with a tap tap tap. [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "He's hidding inside of Fliptop's head." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "The United Nations is a failing Beurocricy. The last Secretary General before the Current was cause for most of the grevences to this date. Kelly McLaren has so far succeeded only in keeping the United Nations from shattering around her due to his incompetence. ...I must make a note to consider Clown Man more respectfully... ...having killed that arrogant fool who stole Father Doppler's own work..." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "No. You would continue to exist..." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "I'm afraid I wasn't there when they handed out the mandatory brainwashing to all the good little diplomats, Hunter." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Doppler stole his work from ME" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Philosophical, Tengu Man!" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "The miserable fool couldn't even do a brain to body transfer right" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "I meant... if you were the sole remaining thing. If you're the only thing left, then...?" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Yeah, Doppler makes Buster Toasters all the time." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "A spine, heh, ironic in one so spineless" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Isn't that the same thing as oblivion?" [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "As for your head, DeVry. I do not want it. I desire your Brain, however." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "LEAVE THE TOASTERS OUT OF THIS, GUTS MAN!" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "It's pretty silly to say that you're the ruler of nothing!" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man seems to ignore Ten. "Isn't it, DeVry?" Tap tap tap. [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "What?" [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "Oh. I see. They did not make you undergo it when you returned from whatever kept you from the mandatory brainwashing, sir?" [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man transmits, "I wonder, Doctor...what is more preferable. An eternity of self-inflicted anguish, from which no release is possible...or a fleeting moment that can be cherished, if only for it's briefness?" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "...Now this is beginning to sound like something from late-night holovision. 'I DESIRE SWEET, SWEET BRAINMEATS.', and all." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "It does not surprise me that you Mavericks desire my intellect, Byte, I have no reason to share it with you. I desire humanity ascendancy, not slavery or genocide at the hands of an army of over glorified flashlights" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man would normally snort, or snerk. But nothing. "Well. No answer to that, mm?" Tap, tap, tap... [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Eternity in pain, is preferable, Sword Man." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "I think they took pity on me, given that 'what prevented me' boiled down to being in traction for three months. ...More the fools, they." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "...I would give thousands of zenny for a taste of pain." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Which brings me to my point. Either way you get OBLIVION." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "I could /easily/ give you a taste of pain, DeVry." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Note well, DeVry. These others... mock and taunt you... ...I, however, do not. I seek to study you. You are a unique entity, Landon DeVry. I fully suspect that with the proper technology and materials... ...you, out of all the humans on this planet, could exist as indefinitely as a Reploid... or comparable Android." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Struldbrug syndrome has prevented that from occuring, Tengu." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Really. And do tell us..." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "Oh, it is nice to see that the UN still has pity, then." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "This buster Doppler created makes such nice smelling toast. I think I'm gonna put butter on the toast." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "This entombed flesh which I inhabit can no longer feel pain, nor pleasure." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "What the hell Struldburg syndrome is." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "I'm sure that can be changed." [Radio: (C) Global] Gizmo Glider transmits, " Ignore fool. Do you really believe we would care for your intellect. I am sorry but you are rudely mistaken." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "A condition affecting heavy cybernized bodies, where the brain atrophies and loses the ability to process ideals such as pain, pleasure, taste, or smell" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man hmms. Tap tap taps. [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Only of the most useless kind, sadly." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "The reploid body is a stepping stone, Byte. I am not going to throw in with your empire. I am many things, Byte, but I am still human." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I will not become a traitor to my own kind." [Radio: (C) Global] Gizmo Glider transmits, "Hehehehehe...I too would love to study you as I rip away what other filthy humaniod essence that you left!" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Yer just a brain in jar, that's hardly human." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "In your mind, only, DeVry. You should consider it. There are many humans now who stand beside us as Cyborgs... ...almost equivalent to you." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I will ascend to the reploid body, and pass beyond and then I shall make mankind into gods!" [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "Then I suppose I wouldn't be able to convince them to assist me in any manner?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Guts makes a valid point." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "YOu'd be making yourself just like Doppler." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Doppler? Doppler is a lesser cyborg then I am." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "It takes two things to be a man!" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Traitor? Kind? --Of course. The human organism seeking for the perpetuation of its species. Ground squirrels do that, too, once they pass reproductive age. A very selfish sort of altruism. --Doubtful, Hunter. There is /so/ little love lost on your kind..." [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man transmits, "Considering the pain you've created for so many within humanity...wouldn't that make you a "traitor" already, especially considering how little you've advanced in your fruitless exploits?" [Radio: (C) Global] Mac transmits, "I find it facinating, DeVry, that you desire to become that which you consistantly demean." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man continues tapping. Rhythmic. Annoying. "I have to agree." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "No matter what flesh I inhabit, Hunter, I will remain human." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "That is what Byte fears." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Well." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "And I am so close" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy dryly suggests, "Gonads, Guts Man?" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "No! That's not true! Byte doesn't fear that! Byte only fears an empty stomach." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "That's true, Abernathy, but maybe, then, they can be convinced that it'll be for their good instead of relying on their pity?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "The reploid race, will lose its position of Social Darwinism. I will make humanity surpass it physically. We will assume the role of god, and at last the universe will be given purpose. Our purpose." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Doppler is the Creator. He is greater then you will ever be, Landon DeVry. You, however... have merit... ...if you decide to serve the Emperor... ...your technology and skills will be greatly increased. Unlike the Robot Masters... ...we are Organized. If you join us, DeVry... ...you will achieve your dream." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Yes a pair of big gonads. Without them you're a woman. Or so is my understanding from watching the discovery channel and observing these 'voyeur cams' on the intarweb." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten sighs, "People have been arguing over this with DeVry for YEARS, guys. I don't think we're going to win tonight." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "The /Mavericks/ are organized?" [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Your Megalomania is... ...amusing." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Girls have gonads too. They're called ovaries." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "I must agree, Ten. I must agree." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "But they aren't as special. --That would imply they have a better nature to appeal to, Hunter." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "You liar. Girls have no gonads. They only have headlights." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma chuckles, "Why, yes, Tengu Man. Would you like to see how?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man rolls his eyes, or at least that's the impression his pause gives. "I doubt I would be impressed." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "...That was a disturbing juxtaposition of sentences." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Doppler is a fool, Byte. I have achieved proficiency in his art, and he has yet to surpass me in mine. One day, Byte, I will crush you, and I will crush Sigma. I -will not- abandon my humanity, and I am near to achieving a stage of my goal. Irregardless, Maverick...." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I owe the Repliforce, much." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "...Perhaps better in their mind, then, Abernathy?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "It would be, as they say, rude...to turn on them before I have paid back what they have given me." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "/If/ you can get past their preconceived notions of what is 'right' for the world at large, Hunter, then I would applaud you." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "You can try now, if you wish, Landon? I and you alone? Would you enjoy that, hm?" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Byte show them yer not a fool. Got eat a buffet of children. I hear they still eat kids in China since they ran out of dogs. Gets rid of those extra child they don't want." [Radio: (C) Global] Gizmo Glider transmits, " I don't know. I am sure we can organize an attack around putting you out of commision permenantly Tengu Man." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Yeah." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Right." [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "...Can you get past their preconceived notions, Abernathy?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "*LAUGHS* Sigma, you idiot! I was once a warlord, I and I alone remember the days when intelligent tactics involved remaining as the spider in the web. I send others to die for me, that demonstrates my wisdom over your faux heroism." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "It's a pursuit I have given up as a waste of precious energy, Hunter." [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man transmits, "Hrmph. If you attempt so, Maverick, expect to find myself fighting along my brother's side." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...So you are the Origional..." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Plant Man, the Maverick citizens of Napels, and more shall fall before my assaults, Sigma." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man answers, a touch on the snide side, "Thank you for your -support-, Sword." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...And as for you, Guts Man... ...I am not hungry. Perhaps later." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "I got a big fat vat of plum sauce right here Byte, they're just like small eggrolls." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "Oh, I assure you there'd be no spider but me, Landon. *a brief pause* Why...Plant Man, DeVry?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "That's disgusting, Guts." [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man sighs. "Sir Guts...." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Oh so, the Masters arguing? Trouble in Paradise?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "He opposed me. He made the mistake of engaging with one of my monstrousities." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "aha." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "But Mavericks eat children, they're the ones that like them, not me. Me? I like to eat wood." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man makes a general 'pfff' sound at Abernathy. "We are brothers." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I must admit, that is indeed a grand use for a reploid nueral system... I do wonder if they achieve any level of sentience before madness urges them to destroy themselves..." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "And glue, or so it sounds." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man rolls his eyes over the radio again. [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "...that was inappropriate...Sigma...even for you" [Radio: (C) Global] Alpha transmits, "I see, Abernathy. I am sorry. I was going to ask you to plead a case for me, so if you ever feel like you are up to wasting more energy, please let me know." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...So, Landon. You are 116 years old. ...An impressive feat. Humans, save the rarest pecent, still cannot make it past the 'Hundred Year Barrier'." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Hey Ziggy, are you gonna take that from Krang?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I am eternal." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "Inappropriate? But I must say, I haven't even seen such stories before. You truly have done much that I haven't heard of until today." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "...That depends on how much 'proof' of the UN's erroneous thinking you have to provide me with, Hunter. It may still be worth my time if I they don't think of me merely as a disgruntled employee." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "(OOC) He's eternal, and escape will make him God!" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "If you didn't hear of it until today then it's obviously a lie." [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man transmits, "Eternal...but at what cost, DeVry? Your very humanity? Something you supposedly cherish despite your lack of it?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Eternal this, eternal that." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "You are exactly as I named you. The origional Landon DeVry. Murderer of 2 million humans... -a pause- ...I'm impressed." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Will you be happy when you're the only one left, DeVry?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "I ask again, what then?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man sounds irritated, by the way. But who wouldn't be? [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "Is it? Why call me a liar then. Why, Byte, I did not find 2 million pictures, do you have the others?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I...I... Byte, you are a fool if you believe that I am to be twisted to joining your forces by these pedantic attempts!" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Sheesh, no one listens to me. Except Byte. Which is REALLY REALLY creepy." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "I have only personaly killed One-hundred Ninty-five Thousand One-hundred and Fifty Three... ...I must work harder." [Radio: (C) Global] Kain transmits, "I believe the answer would be yes, Robot Master." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Gee. Thanks." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Except it WASN'T REALLY A YES OR NO QUESTION." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Yes, Ten. It is, isn't it?" [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man transmits, ".......that voice. The Scalled 'K'?" [Radio: (C) Global] Kain transmits, "...That is me." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Huh." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Illegitimi non carborundum est, doctor." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Carborundum, isn't that what rubies are made of? They look so good on me, if I do say so myself." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "I shall have to have a party when I reach Twhundred Thousand... ...would you like to be invited, Steel Butcher?" [Radio: (C) Global] Big Bad Sword Man transmits, "Hrm...an odd occurance, to hear you on such a forum on addled and congested public opinion." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "And this sort of shallow creature is what we incorporated Repliforce for?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "...I am not a butcher. I am a -doctor-" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Sure you are." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I do only what is necessary. Only what is necessary, DO YOU HEAR ME!" [Radio: (C) Global] Magnet Man transmits, "So, you can be a doctor, and a Butcher at the same time." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "You're a doctor that kills people. Easy enough for me to understand." [Radio: (C) Global] Gizmo Glider transmits, " So do we. Does that make you like us Doctor?" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "I'll have you know that I'm not a shallow person. I just thought that a joke would lighten the mood, but obviously I'm dealing with a bunch of rocks." [Radio: (C) Global] Mac transmits, "Perhaps his doctorate is in butchery." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I am nothing like you Mavericks. I kill for a purpose, a true purpose, not your idiotic politics." [Radio: (C) Global] Kain transmits, "...It is not of own choice. *pause* ...And I am hearby offering up my services to... 'silence' Dr. DeVry. Contact me through 2way if interested." [Radio: (C) Global] Mac made a funny, yes. He's not entirely a stick in the mud. [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Killing is killing." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Sarcasm, dear Replifarce. Sarcasm. Then again, perhaps my feelings are too raw--I rather /liked/ the thought of being a true soldier of the UN. Who says the Mavericks are the only prejudiced ones?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "In the end it's aaaaaall the same." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "You did what I would have done in your place, Doctor. You did what I enjoy doing before afternoon Sake. ...Is this the beginnings of Idolization that ripple through my neural cluster? ...Curious. I shall have too find more histories." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "Well, you've had many patients, Doctor." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "In the END, you're NO different than the people you HATE." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "OOC: Abernathy, was that "Replifarce" on purpose or a typo?" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "OOC: On purpose. :)" Dr. Landon DeVry sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "*jammed against tracers* Speak." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "OOC: A and O are ridiculously far apart. ;)" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Too bad he never malpracticed and had a kid with those patients. Then his legacy could live on." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "...you miserable..." Byte sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "...Curious. You wish to offer your particular services?" Sword Man sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "I would be interested in attaining your services...however, mainly for finding the 'good' doctor, rather than mere contract killing. After all, the information of his whereabouts would likely be valuable information to more than just you and myself." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man begins to laugh. [Radio: (C) Global] Gizmo Glider transmits, " I assure you, I don't kill for politics, but rather for my own views. But quite denying the fact. You, as much as you would like to deny it are like us and numerous ways." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Doctor, doctor. Enjoy the acclaim, while you can. Glory is more fleeting than life." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Life is eternal. I will make it so..." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I AM NOTHING LIKE YOU!" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I AM HUMAN!" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Eternal until you tip over and get a concussion." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Oh no." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "No, no, no." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man laughs. [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "So now you're proud of your humanity, DeVry? You just said you wanted to surpass it!" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I WILL BE THE ONE WHO MAKES MANKIND INTO -GODS--!! DO YOU HEAR ME!?" [Radio] You send Dr. Landon DeVry a direct message: "...this does not concern you, dear doctor. Unless... you wish to put... how does Mikage put it... an hit on yourself?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man continues laughing. [Radio: (C) Global] Sonata transmits, "Geez, who started the brain raving again?" [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...DeVry. I have just accessed my Databases. ...It seems none of the Coalition of Reploid Freedom has killed as many humans as you, personaly, have done. ...Vile comes close... ...but he falls short." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "If you make us all into Gods then there's no point in being human." [Radio] You send Byte a direct message: "Yes. I do." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man abruptly stops. [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "You're joking, Byte..." [Radio: (C) Global] Gizmo Glider transmits, " Hehehe....but actually Doctor you are everything like us. Perhaps worse." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Guts Man." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...I believe, Doctor, this means you are... ...worse... ...then us?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "That's genius." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "For 2 million people, Devry? I wonder if that will have made up for those whose lives were cut short. and Byte, do take care to avoid showing that statistic to the General. We wouldn't want him to feel outdone." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "It would be an error, Repliforcer, to believe that humanity is any kind of pinnacle as it is. So it is with robotkind as well." [Radio] You send Sword Man a direct message: "Agreeable. May I inquire what you can offer in return?" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "...it was necessary..." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "If everyone was a God then we'd have to create a Super-God to have a God to the Gods!" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Who said that? Of course we're not at our peaks. Maybe we never will reach them..." [Radio: (C) Global] Gizmo Glider transmits, " As are ours, Doctor. Everyone of the humans deaths are necessary." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "No, Ten. I am not. For you see, Doctor Landon DeVry is, in truth, a One-hudred and Sixteen Year Old Human... ...born in 2099. Landon DeVry was a Warlord during the Chinese Revolution. During a 15 year reign he was responsible for the kidnaping, torture, and subsequent deaths of over 2 million Chinese." [Radio: (C) Global] Kain transmits, "...Killing untold millions is NEVER necessary, Dr. DeVry." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man continues laughing, almost cackling, really. "In the end...in the end you always become what you hate... you can never rise above, you can never be the shining star, because in the end... all you are is /human/... and humans have /limitations./" Dr. Landon DeVry sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "What are you talking about?" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Tell that to an exterminater who kills millions of bugs to make a living." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Personaly. He killed them all. In experiments that would have made Mengela lower his head in shame." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "Why, the torture was neccessary too, Doctor? I suppose if you did not torture them, your research would have been held back by precious months? weeks?" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "You /will/ never reach them, Repliforcer. Evolution. I'm certain Homo habilis thought it was a god, too." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Any UN people on... I think you need to do a little bit of reorganizing of your most wanted list. If you've been measuring it in zenny, then Wily or Sigma wins. But if you actually care about human life like you say you do.." Sword Man sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "It depends on which compensation you require. If it is monetary units you require, I am willing to exchange 5 gems which in total would be of a value of Z800,000." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I...I.... It was necessary! They had to... My intent wasn't to kill, but I had to test the cybernetics...and see how far the human body could be pushed..." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "But it's just 2 million people, back in the old days before the Stardroids came it was like barely killing 1/1000th of the planet or something. Hardly had any impact at all." Byte sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "If you discover for me the location of Dr. Landon DeVry, I will see 5 million Zenny of my personal collection deposited in an account you name." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy , coolly: "You misunderstand the UN's interests, Repliforcer." [Radio] You send Dr. Landon DeVry a direct message: "Lets just say... my 'family' and I has the UN records on your activity. It is quite... stomach turning." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Two million." Byte sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "If you discover for me the location of Dr. Landon DeVry, I will see 2 million Zenny of my personal collection deposited in an account you name. One for each of his murders. If that is appropriate." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Two million. Now. That's replaced /how/ quickly?" [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Do I? Don't you care about human lives any more?" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "The Stardroids killed way more then that in Vancouver." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "And they're not on any silly lists." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "I suppose it's true that in science you have to run experiments multiple times to achieve an adequate conclusion, but two million experiments... I am sure other scientists are honored by how much humility you have to distrust your own results enough to test yourself that many times." Dr. Landon DeVry sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "The UN files list me as dead, Kain." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Look at it this way, Guts. Would YOU go hunt down Duo?" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Yes." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "Insofar as it is a bastion for good PR, yes." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "...it had to be perfect. I couldn't take chances..." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Let's build this man a spaceship! Don't come back until you're done!" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "My personal opinions differ from those of my employers, of course." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "But he's dead already. Hero Boy killed him for us. God I love that little bastard." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Singularly, Landon DeVry has killed more Humans then any of the other members of the Coalition of Reploid Freedom. ...As for the Stardroids... ...I believe they have killed more people then all /four/ Factions put together." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "I understand, Doctor DeVry. Was 2 million enough for perfection?" [Radio] You send Dr. Landon DeVry a direct message: "That is true, dear doctor. However I doubt they would mind if certain people updates their records on you to be far more concurrent. Espically when it concerns death." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten falls silent. [Radio] You send Byte a direct message: "Deal. *transmission of Swiss Bank Account numbers* You don't have to give it all at once. And I will find DeVry." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Man those Stardroids are my heroes. If it wasn't for the fact that Wily wants his future subjects to live for him to rule over I'd try to break their record." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "....curse you, Byte. How did you find this information. WHY DID YOU SEEK IT OUT?!" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Why not?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Why not find your shortcomings, so as to hit you harder?" [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy transmits, "A pity you hadn't learned in all your years not to wear your heart on your sleeve, doctor." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "This is a struggle, isn't it? You've said that often enough yourself." [Radio: (C) Global] Abernathy (click) [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "...SHUT UP!" [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "The deaths had to be perpetrated, history will reward me eventually." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "Time heals all wounds." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man is amused. He starts to laugh again, then fades to silence. [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "And, heh heh, eternity is a long, long time." [Radio: (C) Global] Sigma transmits, "Doctor, what if you do achieve immortality...and you are not forgiven? How long can you go with nothing to live for and not attaining forgiveness?" Byte sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "Excellent. I will see half funded now, then the final half given upon knowledge of his location. Leave the rest... to the Maverick Empire. Is it not fitting we do so, Mercenary? ...We shall deal with one worse then us..." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...There is, of course... ...one possibility." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Is this Landon DeVry? The Origional? ...or is it simply a madman in glass case pretending to /BE/ the Steel Butcher of China. /This/ is the Question." [Radio: (C) Global] Kain transmits, "*audible cracking of knuckles* *quietly* Keep talking Dr. DeVry. It will make it easier to find out... And just in case you forgot... you've harassed one of my 'family' members. One I care very deeply about. *darkly, with just a hint of evilness* But that shouldn't concern you. Just keep talking, Dr. DeVry. Just keeping talking..." [Radio: (C) Global] Dr. Landon DeVry transmits, "I harass quite a few people. If I did so to one of your 'family' I apologize." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "You harassed Scott Wily which I applaud." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Did he jack any of them up with metal parts?" [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Make them into cyborgs, see how they run?" [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "On to other subjects... ...How as you, Ten? I hope well. Bit has missed you." [Radio: (C) Global] Kain transmits, "Thankfully, no. However... the damage that has happened... is Greater than one may think." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Oh." [Radio: (C) Global] Tengu Man transmits, "Well then that's no fun." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Y'know Byte, I'm just great. Where is Bit, anyway?" [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Busy with other assignments at this moment, Ten. And your brother?" [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "I heard Bit joined an all Christian Rock Group and is now going under the name of Holy Crap!" [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "..." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "...I find that idea disturbing..." [Radio: (C) Global] Kain *click* [Radio: (C) Global] Ten giggles! "Chi's good...." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "You'd probably be known as Holy Poop yourself Byte." [Radio] You send Sword Man a direct message: "Agreeable. May I inquire what you can offer in return?" Sword Man sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "It depends on which compensation you require. If it is monetary units you require, I am willing to exchange 5 gems which in total would be of a value of Z800,000." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Excelent. I have missed our Duels. I hope we can meet on the feild of battle again soon, Ten... It has been far too long since we attempted to kill oneanother." Mikage Yukiato arrives from the Eurasia - Empire Central Square. Mikage Yukiato has arrived. [Radio] You send Sword Man a direct message: "Agreeable. I will find that snake in grass... for you and your brothers." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "Ten. I am intent on going to claim a drink. Busy? ...There is no reason why we cannot share a bottle of Sake." [Radio: (C) Global] Yin Yoma Byte transmits, "For old time's sake." Sword Man sends you a tightbeam radio transmission: "Indeed. Good luck to you, noble swordsman." [Radio] You send Sword Man a direct message: "Same to you, noble Child of Wily." [Radio: (C) Global] Guts Man transmits, "Man I haven't been in San Angeles in quite a while, this place sure does suck. I hope the next time the Stardroids come they nuke it." [Radio: (C) Global] Ten transmits, "Um... I don't see why not, Byte. How's San Angles for you?" (Sometime Later....) The world is a peaceful place. Content for the most part beside the conflict that has spread across the world in the last two decades. But tonight, tonight is different. For things have started upon this world that few can change and few will know. Things that have started in the form of... nothing. "This is Harry Seldon calling for assistance... the USS Marine Sulphur Queen II is going down. I repeat the USS Marine Sulphur Queen II is going down. We've sprung a hole in one of hulls over in the Caribbean Sea just off the coast of San Juam. We require immediate assistance. Carribean Sea Room. Outside> Repliforce Cargo Plane arrives from the Sky Above Caribbean Sea. Plum Storage Space. Contents: GNN Newscast -Plum- Plum took you. Plum is on the GNN VTOL, broadcasting. "This is Plum, reporting LIVE for GNN at the sight of the sinking of the Marine Sulphur Queen II. Repliforce and Maverick Hunter soldiers are on scene to help with the rescue operation, but a dangerous storm is starting to brew, and may be heading this way. There are also reports of Mavericks in the area, so we're gonna get in and find out what's going on." Plum sighs. "This looks bad, folks. There's oil everywhere, and its got the earmarks of a possible ecological disaster..." Fencer Naiad goes back into into the Falconis for a moment and comes back out to the door, tossing out a small bouy that floats on the surface of the water, making the characteristic "Ping.. pong" of sonar system that'd be easily detected by anyone below the surface, and with that Fencer goes back inside the Falconis, it's engines whining, frothing the water behind it as it prepares to lift off of the water. Fencer Naiad has left. Harmony has left. Plum frowns. "This doesn't look good, ladies and gentlemen. A storm is brewing in the Caribbean, and it looks set to sweep all of us in rain and lightning. The weather might be doing far more damage than any hostile forces on the scene might." Giving a cry of panic, as if a real whale, the Submarine gives a single stroke of it's tail fin, and moves upwards, quickly surfacing. Dents along the bottom of the hull are apparent....large ones. The storm's wave-churning is only aided by Gravity Beetle, who continues to rain gravity down on the water, and now, the Whale Sub. However, all this work is taking its strain on the Beetle's generator, and his fuel cells. Over his radio, he notes, <> As the ship is struck, Protoman steps back from the side, looking down at the deck beneath his feet as it shudder. Well, isn't this an interesting predicament? Turning to the nearest crewman, he grabs them by their front and growls, "Start getting people onto the dropships, unless you want to be here when this things goes under." Dropping the individual, he blinks in a flash of crimson, reappearing atop the Falconis and looking around at the surging oceans. Magnet Man has arrived. Sigma has left. Breeze looks a bit concerned as the storm intensifies. "Ch...all it'd take is one bolt to the oil at random." She's starting to get agitated with Gravity's activities though, and now, perhaps unwisely, takes aim at the floating Beetle with her bazooka. "I said, what the hell're you doing? Stop or I'll shoot you down. Don't need you making things worse." Maverick Variable Dropship deactivates its stealth mode. Repliforce Dropship starts to rev up again, slowly taking off of the choppy water as soon as everyone wanting on board is on board. Rising off the water, it doesn't get too high. Keeping it steady against the storm looks rather difficult, as the ship sways in the air before steadying as much as possible while hovering. A rope ladder is dropped, incase any stragglers want to crawl up. Ride Armor just continues to float near all the action, Cyclops just waiting and watching from the cockpit. The currently water colored spherical body swirls around from time to time, giving it's pilot a good look at everything. But still, it does nothing to annoy anyone else... Just continues to drift near the ship. Forget this. The Kingfisher lifts out of the water and up into the air, away from whatever big thing under the water is, since she'd rather not be a snack if it's a big monster like Godzilla or something. As the underwater shock shakes the already badly damaged tanker to its superstructure, Reiji somehow manages to stay on his feet. Magnetic cling can be a wonderful thing. He mentally supresses the cries of the crewmen - and instead methodically orders the Vorpal's rear hatch shut. This, of course, prompts -more- protest, which he studiously ignores, cutting them off with another amplified announcement. His voice blares over the roar of the Vorpal's engines powering back up from their idle. "The Vorpal's -full-, unless you want to be folded, spindled, mutilated, you're not gonna fit in there. Repliforce has other evac ships incoming." Swinging round, he slaps the closed rear hatch, with the ringing sound of metal against metal. "GO!" Engines flaring, the Vorpal blasts off, taking to the stormy skys. Still on the tanker deck, Reiji once again flares his aura, and begins signaling with blue light to the Repliforce vessels in the vicinity. Ricochet clings onto the side of the ship. Silently thankful for the handholds. Orbit clings as well, as the two look down into the water. The downpour continues to dump on the two. "*BWIP BWIP*" "Shut up, Orbit!" Selene Chantrell wraps a spare tendril around a chunk of ship to keep herself steady, frowning as she radioes and waiting for the final tally. Blowing an exasperated bubble, she sends a radio herself. With his power cells taking a beating, Gravity Beetle notes with some dissatisfaction his work is doing less and less. It is, therefore, with some satisfaction that he notes the tingling in his horn as hepicks up a radio transmission. "A bazooka? That's terrible! You deny me the chance to make jokes about how you're compensating!" curses Gravity. "Well, this just became less fun. If you couldn't figure out what I was doing, the quality of neural net production must be slipping." As a demonstration, Gravity Beetle uses a quick flick of gravity to mess Harmony's hair up terribly, before diving down to the water. There's a sudden crash of foam as the waves rumble, which Gravity dives behind and into the Pelican. Magnet Man slowly opens the hatch and walks out, eeping when he see's the massive storm. He then shrugs, because he knows that if for some reason, he goes back into the sub, well, Pharoah Man will have his hide. He stays topside and starts to look around, he shrugs. He's got a job to do. He attaches himself to the sub by his magnetic powers. He then starts preparing a weak magnetic pulse, to be used as a sonar, so the Robot Masters can detect whatever the hells screwing around with the ship. Repliforce Dropship lets out a girly scream. ..ships can scream? Oh, no, that's just Harmony. Repliforce Dropship finally begins to lift off the water, the dark seawater streaming off of it as it's frame shuddens and leaves the inky black of the sea, the engine's whine filling the ears of those aboard the ship lifts off and turns back around toward the oil slick and the ship. Jet Stingray merely fights against the currents as the storm starts to have them get a little more iffy. Since the Sub is busy worrying about itself, Jet merely goes back to the ship to lend his services there. Repliforce Cargo Plane vectors about and feathers in for a near perfect landing on the deck of the tanker, the hatches dropping as the construction mech noticed earlier pounds out, a very large sheet of metal held easily in one arm. The wolf piloting it mutters as he hooks a magnetic grapple to it, then lowers it over the side. Speakers come on as the builder speaks. "Go Go GO! Get on board, folks!" The armor gestures with one hand towards the open hatches, the other steadying the descending patch. Spartan Wolf has arrived. Hands raised, blazing with neon blue light, Reiji begins the tiresome process of impromptu crowd control. The phrase 'two orderly lines' is beginning to become a veritable litany to him. Though without the benefit of a formal PA system, his systems apparently do allow for a comparable effect. If his hand gestures, outright shoving, and his ability to be almost everywhere at once isn't getting the tanker crew going, his -yelling- certainly is. And then, it happens... Out of the water appears this huge Deinosuchus (thats a prehistoric crocidile for those who don't know), rears its head up between the Whale Sub and the ship. Did I also mention its about as large as the largest ship here? The beast doesn't exactly look happy either as it drives its head to the side toward the Whale Sub striking it and then back toward the Queen II. Ricochet climbs up the side ladder of the Falconis; he's still waiting until the last possible moment, but he's next to the door now. When they decide to take off proper, he'll get back in. ...though it doesn't look like he'll be doing that any time soon. "Holy..." "*BWIP*" The brothers share the thought simultaneously. Plum says, "WHAT THE HECK?" Plum says, "That's... that's a dinosaur, isn't it?" And through all this, the Maverick Ride Armor Kraken just continues to drift in the water, fighting all the currents to stay in the same place. The one-eyed pilot is actually surprised no one has noticed the vehicle he's piloting yet... But obviously it's color camoflage seems to work pretty well. And so it continues to stay- From inside the Kraken, Cyclops sees what's caused all of this. "...Oh no." The Deinosuchus roars indignantly OOCly, "I AM NOT A DINOSAUR. I SURVIVED EXTINCTION UNLIKE THOSE LOSERS!" Selene Chantrell hangs on to the ship for dear life, getting battered about but not letting go. Firming her resolve (or insanity) she grabs the patch with a tendril, and slams it onto the hole hard, tendrils of shroom rippling around the edges of the metal plate and releasing water-based acid spores into it, to try and bond the hull and patch together as quickly as possible. Whale Sub VI is struck, and begins to move away quickly, wether or not a certain Magnetic Man is still on top of the vehicle. Selene Chantrell sends a radio transmission. To his credit, Reiji doesn't so much as bat an eyelid at the appearence of the marine monster. He simple glances in its direction, shrugs slightly, and then turns back to snap at the stunned crew of the oil tanker that he's currently riding herd on. His eyes literally blaze behind the tinted lenses of his singlasses as he snaps, patience wearing thin, "WHAT ARE -YOU IDIOTS- STARING AT? You'd think you'd never SEEN a giant monster before!" Well. Reiji's a Japanese native. Go figure. "QUIT WOOLGATHERING! MOVE!" Breeze is rather alarmed too, at the arrival of a huge 'croc-wannabe.' When it turns on towards the Queen II, she decides to try something to stop it. Ceasing her gravity-lightening on the ship, she flies down to try and interpose herself between the Deinosuchus and the Queen II. With this done, she beelines for it and tries to get in its face to get its attention. Hardly suicidal though; she's flitting about randomly in case it wants to smash its head into her all of a sudden. Selene Chantrell receives a radio transmission from Pharaoh Man. Ricochet 's optics narrow. "Hang on, Orbit." he mutters. Orbit secures his grip on Rico's back as Ricochet raises up his arm. An automatic orb-launcher rises from his wrist and is loaded with a replicated acid orb from his arsonal... he tries to draw a bead on it's eye. Jet Stingray swims around to Selene's side to hold her in place as requested, merely watching the beast as he tries to keep her from gettign swept away. Magnet Man continues to concentrate, but then he see's the Deinosuchus and stops. It seems that a magnetic pulse would be useless now, they know what it is, and anyway. It's organic, it's not like a magnetic pulse would change it enough for the Subs Sonar to pick it up. Magnet Man shrugs, maybe he should just go back inside. He of course doesn't get enough time to do anything. The sub just got hit, and it's moving with him on top of it. Magnet Man concentrates on staying stuck to the sub, he'd hate to fall off right now. Selene Chantrell sends a radio transmission. Selene Chantrell receives a radio transmission from Pharaoh Man. Magnet Man receives a radio transmission. Whale Sub VI stops a few hundred feet away, steadying... Plum pulls the VTOL higher into the air, fighting with the controls. "Okay... I'm getting some info from GNN's Science and Technology sector. This thing resembles a Deinosuchus, a prehistoric crocodile that grew at least fifty feet in length, and lived during the Mesozoic era. The only problem is that such creatures have been extinct for millions of years... this /shouldn't/ be here." Gravity Beetle stares out from the Pelican, at the huge beast, who is evidently attacking ships. "You know, I'm just saying and all, but maybe we would be out of that thing's attack range- it's attacking the ships on the water- if we flew up a little. Wouldn't be a good thing if it came over here next..."
